Healthy Rewards helps motivate you to create a healthy lifestyle with gift cards to popular retailers. It’s a no-cost, optional program for eligible members enrolled in our health plan. You may be eligible to earn rewards for completing:
Prenatal care visits.
- Postpartum care visits.
- Childhood, adolescent, and adult wellness visits.
- Childhood and adolescent vaccines on schedule.
- Well-child visits in the first 30 months of life.
- Infant lead screening.
- Diabetic A1c screenings and retinal eye exams.
- A health screener.
- Tobacco cessation with KanQuit or My Life, My Quit.
